This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing product imagery and digital assets across all customer-facing channels. This role focuses on high-volume image production, image enhancement, asset management, and the ongoing curation of manufacturer resources, including PDFs, videos, and technical documentation. Success in this position requires strong Photoshop expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage large-scale digital asset workflows efficiently.

Please note that this is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain accurate, consistent product imagery using Adobe Photoshop.

Utilize Photoshop automation tools, including batch processing, actions, and scripting, to generate large volumes of product images that meet established standards for attributes, framing, and file size.

Fulfill image editing, retouching, and one-off asset requests with accuracy and efficiency.

Organize, tag, and maintain a growing library of digital assets, including images, PDFs, videos, and product documentation, within the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.

Ensure asset quality, consistency, and accessibility across all customer-facing channels.

Develop and maintain product knowledge to accurately translate technical specifications into visual assets.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including batch processing, actions, scripting, templating, and workflow automation.

Experience producing large volumes of consistent, specification-driven imagery.

Experience preparing and managing assets within cloud-based Digital Asset Management systems, preferably Cloudinary.

Strong understanding of metadata-driven asset organization and management.

Experience curating and maintaining large digital asset libraries across multiple media formats.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on visual consistency and product accuracy.

Working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for asset tracking and metadata management.

Experience with AI-powered tools and platforms is a plus.

Willingness and ability to learn technical product knowledge within the door hardware industry.

Requirements:3+ years of professional Adobe Photoshop experience.

Proven ability to generate and manage high-volume product imagery erience with image retouching and expedited one-off asset requests.

Experience working with Digital Asset Management platforms (Cloudinary or equivalent).Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary begins at $75,000/year.
