Job Mission
To create performance footwear that helps athletes of all types perform better than before. Do this by being inspired from seasonal brand creative direction, incorporating consumer engagement, researching key functional attributes, featuring appropriate color, material, and trend information, and including innovation and engineering elements. Ultimately your design work is the perfect blend of style and performance as they are both essential for success.
MajorAccountabilities
- Participate in creative vision and other design events.
- Under minimal supervision, exhibit solid design skills with ability to meet key project deadlines.
- Work on a variety of projects across several seasons.
- Assist others in projects to ensure that category is delivering against deadlines.
- Work independently within the multi-functional product team and have a strong understanding of the product creation process and timelines.
- Have a strong understanding of shoe construction, process and costing as well as able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Travel 1-2 times a year with senior level designers.
- BA or Masters in Industrial Design and/or Fashion design or related area. Innovation, Engineering degree is a plus.
- 3-4 years minimum footwear design experience with a general understanding of footwear, design, construction, materials, sourcing and commercialization.
- Strong 2D-3D visualization by hand or digital drawing.
- Required skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Optional skills in Sketchbook Pro, Modo, Rhino.
- Required to share portfolio with resume.
- Hybrid role:
In-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays.
Lawrence, MA Corp Only Pay Range: $99,700.00 - $ - $ Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work ScheduleOur North American hybrid model encourages in-person teamwork while maintaining flexibility. Associates work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The WFA (Work from Anywhere) option is available for four weeks per calendar year.
