Senior Brand Designer

We're seeking Senior Brand Designers who will help elevate our brand across every touchpoint.

In this role, you'll contribute to refining and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring they're applied consistently across 360° experiences. You bring a strong understanding of design systems and cohesive branding, paired with a passion for creative storytelling and thoughtful execution — always curious about the "Why?" behind the work

Collaboration is core to this role, as you'll work closely with other creative partners, contributing your perspective, refining ideas together, and helping shape a brand that resonates clearly and meaningfully.

This is a role for someone comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and helping build structure as the team continues to grow.

• Help develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity in line with our vision and values.
• Design high-quality work across digital and physical channels.
• Support typography and type design to reinforce the brand's voice.
• Collaborate with motion designers on motion and animation projects.
• Concept and execute engaging campaign design.
• Help build immersive brand worlds and experiences.
• Align UX direction with brand principles across products.
• Support product launches with cohesive systems and assets.
• Design visually compelling and functional web experiences.
• Contribute to digital editorial design and visual storytelling.

• Senior-level experience either; in-house at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company, and/or studio experience from renowned agencies such as Collins, Uncommon, JKR, Pentagram (or hands-on experience at small, high-impact studios)
• Proven track record of building and maintaining trend-leading brands.
• A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn, iterate, and improve continuously.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a DIY, roll-up-your-sleeves culture, while maintaining high design standards.
• User-obsessed approach, ensuring design decisions are informed by audience needs.
• Ability to lead by example, elevating the design output of the entire team.
• Fluent in the language of product design, bridging brand and product experiences seamlessly.
