Spicer Group is seeking an Architect III to lead and grow its Development & Buildings Service Line across all offices. You will guide projects from programming through construction, develop designs and documents, and manage budgets, invoicing, and metrics while mentoring junior staff.
You will build client relationships, support proposals, and promote services. Strong experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, BIM, and LEED knowledge is preferred. Remote work is unlikely; travels may be required.
