Position Overview

Design Group is recruiting for a Designer in our Atlanta, GA location. This role has work from home flexibility (1‑2 days per week), dependent on printing deadlines.

• Work with the creative team to design highly commercial and sellable designs.
• Make sure mock‑ups and presentations are to a high standard.
• Accurately complete design briefs on time.
• Maintains an up‑to‑date trend review at all times.
• Take initiative to present process improvement suggestions.
• Take initiative to present new ideas of trend and innovation.

• Must be proficient on the Mac – Illustrator, Photoshop, and In‑Design.
• Must have an outstanding, broad design portfolio.
• Must possess strong illustrative skills and tuned into current/future trends.
• Must develop and understand pattern repeats in both Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Must be a highly creative individual who is able to produce exceptional commercial design and product innovation.
• Must be a good communicator and be able to interpret design briefs.
• Must be a highly organized and have the ability multitask to make sure deadlines are met.
• Must be detailed oriented and self‑driven.
• Must perform well under pressure.
