We are seeking a Landscape Project Designer to join our growing practice in the Baltimore office. This role is ideal for a design-driven professional with project management and coordination skills.
Job Description- Perform all phases landscape architectural design & project management on multi-scale projects, including educational, healthcare, parks, plazas, commercial, residential and transportation sites
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultant teams to synthesize architectural/engineering/planning disciplines into cohesive landscape solutions
- Conduct programming/prototype/feasibility analyses to resolve technical & design constraints using rendering/digital modeling/visualization tools
- Develop/review construction documents & collaborate with clients to obtain bids/permits/agency approvals & awarding construction contracts
- Manage construction projects, including field coordination/schedule control/submittal review & RFI evaluation/response.
- Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-year of design experience
- Sound knowledge of grading design/topography & planting
- Strong skills in conceptualization & visualization (hand-sketching, 3D modeling & rendering)
The pay for this position is $77,334 annually
