Job Description
This fully remote Project Architect role focuses on planning, design, documentation, and construction administration for complex facilities in technology, advanced manufacturing, laboratory, and mission critical market sectors. You will play a central role in client engagement, project delivery, consultant coordination, and Revit-based production while working in a highly collaborative, design-focused environment. The position is ideal for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

+ Coordinate effectively with engineering consultants and specialty disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
+ Interface directly with clients, contractors, building officials, and other project stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
+ Participate in client meetings and project presentations, clearly communicating design intent and project progress.
+ Perform construction administration activities, including site visits and field observations as needed.
+ Review and respond to submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Ensure project quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and permitting requirements.
+ Support multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines and delivery milestones.

+ Collaborate with remote team members to maintain consistent standards, workflows, and documentation practices.
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members when appropriate, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
+ Advanced proficiency in Revit, with the ability to immediately contribute within active Revit models.
+ Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and drawing standards.
+ Solid knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements relevant to technology, manufacturing, and mission critical facilities.
+ Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams effectively.
+ Experience supporting one or more of the following: mission critical facilities, data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, technology buildings, or laboratory facilities.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated client-facing experience.
+ Self-directed and accountable work style, able to work with limited supervision.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, collaborating with distributed team members.
Additional
Skills & Qualifications
+ Architecture degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred.
+ Registered Architect (RA) credential is preferred.

+ Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
+ Expert-level Revit skills, particularly in high-tech and data center projects.
+ Background in advanced manufacturing, laboratory, and mission critical facility design.
Work Environment
This role is fully work-from-home, offering a remote, collaborative environment focused on high-tech and data center projects for a smaller, design-driven architecture practice. You will work primarily with Revit and other standard architectural tools, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients through virtual meetings and digital collaboration platforms.
