Support multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting to changing priorities and an increased workload when project volume rises.
Contribute to a collaborative studio culture by sharing expertise, mentoring less experienced team members when appropriate, and participating in design discussions.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-family, healthcare, and/or hospitality interior design or interior architecture.
Proven experience working on multifamily projects with 250 to 500 units.
Proficiency in Revit, including creating and managing families and producing full construction document sets.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for interior architecture and architectural documentation.
Demonstrated ability to independently create complete construction document (CD) sets.
Strong experience in interior architecture and interior design for multi-family, healthcare, and hospitality projects.
Ability to develop detailed production documents, including plans, elevations, and millwork drawings.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
