Ryan Young Interiors is looking for a Senior Interior Designer who brings both creativity and technical expertise to the table. You'll lead the design process from early concepts through design development, collaborating with a talented, close-knit team that values thoughtful design, organization, and exceptional client experiences.

• Lead projects from concept through design development
• Create inspiring design presentations, mood boards, finish palettes, and material selections
• Develop thoughtful space plans that balance function and aesthetics
• Produce high-quality Sketch Up renderings and visual presentations
• Prepare and manage comprehensive FF&E packages and specifications
• Coordinate furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and accessories
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, consultants, manufacturers, and vendors
• Support client presentations and keep projects moving on schedule
• Assist with construction documentation and drawing coordination using AutoCAD

• 5+ years of professional interior design experience
• Strong commercial and/or multi-family project experience
• Previous multi-family experience is highly preferred
• Advanced Sketch Up rendering skills
• Construction documentation experience is a plus
• Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Hybrid schedule with work-from-home Wednesdays and Fridays
