Revit Detailer - Fire Alarm

We are seeking a Revit Detailer to support Fire Alarm and Detection Systems projects. This role develops and maintains fabrication-ready BIM models, shop drawings, and installation drawings that support prefabrication, modularization, and field installation. Preference is for candidates local to our Tempe, AZ office, with options to work from our Austin, Atlanta, or Ohio offices. Remote work is available for the right candidate after a two-week training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and installation drawings for Fire Alarm and Detection piping systems using Autodesk Revit
• Produce coordinated, fabrication-ready models supporting prefabrication, modularization, and field installation
• Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and pre-fabrication teams to ensure accurate system routing and constructability within a BIM/VDC environment
• Participate in clash detection and coordination, resolving conflicts in high-density piping layouts
• Interface with fabrication shops and field teams to align models with spool drawings, installation sequencing, and prefabrication strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of BIM/Revit experience in modeling or detailing
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with working knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam
• Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and multi-trade model integration in high-density environments
• Ability to interpret construction documents, P&IDs, and specifications and translate them into constructible models
• Familiarity with piping fabrication workflows, including spool drawings and installation sequencing
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform in fast-paced, schedule-driven project environments
• Experience with fabrication-driven BIM workflows and prefabrication strongly preferred
• Experience supporting hyperscale, data center, industrial, or mission-critical facilities highly desirable

Benefits and Compensation

• $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience
