We are seeking an individual with exceptional design skills, strong 3D skills, and experience in high-end residential design. A minimum of three years professional experience is required. Candidates should be experienced in producing the highest quality drawings and comfortable with a collaborative studio environment.

ASA operates in the New York City metropolitan area, utilizing online systems and tools to support remote and on‑site collaboration. Candidates will need to maintain the necessary technology for remote work and may be required to attend site visits or office meetings in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities include producing clear, well‑organized construction documents and design drawings, working under direction on construction details and assemblies, and maintaining high graphic standards with intentional line weights, clear annotations, and well‑composed sheet layouts. Team members will participate in projects from schematic design through construction administration, gaining broad exposure and responsibility. Additional skillsets in building science, artificial intelligence, or web design are welcomed.

• Vectorworks expertise is required; fluency with this core tool is essential.
• Experience using 3‑D modeling software.
• Work examples that demonstrate strong design sensibility.
• Collaborative sensibility for design team and client interaction.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
