* ** As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:*
* + Design across digital, social, print, and campaign systems

+ Develop and extend visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems

+ Create layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and composition

+ Build cohesive brand systems across type, image, motion, and illustration

+ Partner with art directors, writers, strategists, and production teams

+ Contribute to concept development and push the work forward

+ Work at pace without losing precision

+ Deliver strong work within real constraints such as timelines, stakeholders, and compliance

** You will need:*
* + 7 or more years of experience in an agency or studio environment

+ A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

** Additional attributes:*
* + A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals and a clear point of view

+ Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

+ Experience building or contributing to brand systems and multi-channel campaigns

+ Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools such as Figma

+ Ability to use AI as a tool while applying strong design judgment

+ Strong attention to detail and organization

+ Ability to collaborate and take direction effectively
