• Precision Drafting: Create accurate, detailed electrical schematic and layout drawings based on sketches and instructions provided by our engineering team.
• Drawing Take-offs and Quoting Support: Translate drawings and 3D models into Bills of Materials supporting our active quoting requirements.
• Documentation Continuity: Ensure continuity of design and documentation by capturing as-built changes in both the drawings and BOMs.
• Technical Librarian: Manage and maintain the organization of technical documentation to support the team.

  Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Industrial Automation Knowledge and Experience
• Component Familiarity: Thorough familiarity with industrial control components (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Cont actors) and terminology.
• Standards Proficiency: Fluent in ANSI Y32.2/IEEE and IEC electrical schematic symbols. Applied knowledge of UL508A (Industrial Control Panels) and NFPA 79 (Electrical Standard for Industrial Machinery).

  Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (AutoCAD or Draft Sight), experience with Solid Works 3D is a bonus.
