Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

We are seeking a full time Project Architect with 3-5 years’ experience in all phases of design and construction looking to expand their career within a dynamic and diverse studio environment. Successful candidates will have experience in leading a wide range of project types and will be able to work independently as well as in a team environment while completing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• B. Arch or M. Arch degree from an NAAB accredited program
• Registered through NCARB
• Licensed or working toward licensure in the State of South Carolina
• Technical proficiency of REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite
• Thorough knowledge of codes and zoning regulations
• Possess excellent technical architectural detailing skills in all project phases from Conceptual Design through Construction Administration
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Possess self-motivation, strong work ethic and personally driven to consistently meet goals

Responsibilities

• Acceptance of CCA’s core values
• Collaborate with other professionals in the office and with consulting engineers
• Demonstrate experience on wide range of project types including commercial, institutional, educational, and residential
• Plan and execute projects from inception through completion
• Ability to teach less experienced designers in all aspects of projects

Preferred

• LEED accreditation or exhibited interest in achieving credentials.
• Knowledge in Lumion
• Experience in writing specifications
