We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Los Angeles
Responsibilities- Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed plans, drawings and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources and client expectations
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures or potential locations for new projects
- Research new materials, technologies and construction methods to incorporate into designs
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up or other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards related to industrial construction
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors etc
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects
- Familiarity with LEED certification process for sustainable building design
- Fluency in Nepali language is a plus
$1300 per month negotiable depending on experience
LocationLos Angeles remote work may be possible during COVID-19 pandemic
