This is a full-time, on-site role for handling Architecture projects  a Job Captain you will be responsible for meeting with clients, executing design solutions, preparing project documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing projects. As a Job Captain you will also collaborate with our internal design team and developing design details.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• 10+ years experience in commercial office / medical / healthcare office improvements
• Knowledge of Building & Fire codes and Accessibility
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients
• Surveying existing buildings and tenant spaces
• Experience in developing Construction Documents and Details
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• City Plan Check processing experience, DSA submittal experience a plus!
