Millwork Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Millwork Estimator to join our team. This is a mostly in-house position, though we are open to considering some work-from-home days for the right candidate once established.

• Blueprint Analysis:
  Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Quantity Takeoffs:
  Perform detailed material takeoffs for custom cabinetry, paneling, and trim.
• Cost Estimation:
  Calculate total project costs including materials, labor, and shop fabrication.
• Proposal Development:
  Prepare professional bid packages for clients and management.

• Experience:
  
  3–5+ years in millwork or architectural woodworking estimation.
• Software
  
  Skills:
  
  Excel experience is required.
• Technical Literacy:
  Strong proficiency in reading 2D architectural drawings.

• Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
