Project Architect

We have a great opportunity for a Licensed Project Architect - this role is responsible for the technical design leadership, coordination, and execution of multiple projects from conceptual design through construction administration. We are designing exciting projects in the hospitality, entertainment, and commercial segments.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect with 6+ years of professional experience who can lead project delivery, produce and oversee high-quality construction documents, and coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 6+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading documentation and coordination for projects through construction.

• Revit(required)
• AutoCAD

• Construction documentation and detailing
• Building codes and regulatory requirements

• Experience with project delivery methods and construction processes.
