Ensure project quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes, permitting requirements, and industry standards.
Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to project planning and scheduling, helping to define milestones, deliverables, and resource needs to support successful project delivery.
Collaborate with team members in a remote environment, sharing knowledge, coordinating tasks, and supporting overall project success.
Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced team members where applicable, fostering growth in design, documentation, and professional skills.
Essential Skills
Minimum 7 years of architectural experience.
Advanced proficiency in Revit with the ability to work as an expert user and contribute immediately within active Revit models.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and the full lifecycle of architectural project delivery.
Demonstrated experience supporting one or more of the following project types: mission critical facilities, data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, technology buildings, or laboratory facilities.
Solid knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements and the ability to apply them to design and documentation.
Proficiency in coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialty disciplines.
Proven construction administration experience, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and change orders and conducting field observations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated client-facing experience.
Self-directed, accountable work style with the ability to operate effectively with limited supervision.
