Full Stack Product Designer

Insight Global is sourcing for a full stack product designer to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. You will join a fast-paced product team focused on creating data-driven software solutions. This individual will own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research through execution and delivery, while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable conducting user research, defining product strategy, creating user journeys, and delivering polished high-fidelity designs in Figma. Experience designing analytics-heavy applications, dashboards, and financial reporting tools is highly desirable. As the product designer, you will be focused on heavy data/software tools, rather than retail environment. This position is fully remote working EST or CST, as a long-term contract role.

Compensation: $50/hr. to $60/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on day one of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
