with experience in and passion for exceptional residential design

• Develop design concepts thru construction documents
• Develop presentation materials and standards
• Produce detailed documents for client review, and for design review board submission at various stages of the design process
• Coordinate associated documentation with interior design details and specifications
• Design and produce detailed, complete, and coordinated construction documents

• Exceptional communication and follow-up
• Focused attention to projects and ability to work in multiple roles on each home design while coordinating those efforts with the client and other members of the project team.

• Establish schedules and deliverables associated with each stage of the project
• Coordinate efforts with the various team members working on the project (including consultants, contractors, interior design team, and various suppliers).
• Assist in varying degrees with the support of the project during construction (including responding to contractors, communicating with the client, overseeing project progress on site)

• Degree in architecture, or a related discipline
• 5+years’ experience in residential design and project fulfillment
• Licensure or track to licensure is welcomed
• Competency and thorough understanding of ACAD software in a residential architecture setting
• A firm grasp of residential construction means, methods, and materials
• Proficiency with applicable rendering software
• Visualization, hand drawing, and sketching ability is appreciated
• Positive attitude, reliable, detail oriented, focused, diligent, and collaborative.
