Landscape Architecture
Senior Landscape Architect/Designer
You are an experienced landscape architect or landscape designer who is motivated by meaningful work that enhances natural systems and creates lasting benefits for communities. You have experience designing for habitat restoration, open space, park, trail, campus, and waterfront environments, where an understanding of both site design and ecological systems is essential to project success.
You value collaboration and enjoy analyzing site conditions, developing design concepts, and advancing projects through detailed design and construction documentation. You are skilled at translating complex ecological goals into graphics plans, sections, and visual materials that support creek, marsh, wetland, and habitat restoration projects.
You are equally comfortable in the office and the field, contributing to and coordinating site assessments, field surveys, restoration monitoring efforts, and construction oversight. A lifelong learner, you want to keep growing intellectually and professionally. Collaborating with colleagues with diverse expertise is exciting for you, and you are also comfortable working independently. Quality management and integrity are among your strongest principles.

Collaboration is central to how we work and offers opportunities to engage in projects from early planning and analysis through design and implementation.
The team's work spans all phases of project delivery, from site analysis and conceptual planning through detailed design, construction documentation, and implementation support. Current projects include shoreline parks, habitat restoration sites, business campuses, trails, and open space systems that enhance ecological health while creating engaging experiences for the community.
This position can accommodate a hybrid schedule that allows for a combination of in-office and remote work; work in the Los Gatos office is anticipated at least once a week and site visits will be required.
