paddy is building an agentic operating system for teaching and learning. The founding Product Designer will own product design across paddy, collaborating closely with the CPO, CTO and Product Engineers to translate research into shipped features.
Expect to shape the UX/UI for AI-enabled classrooms, from research through to code-ready prototypes, with a hands-on mindset and strong communication in German and English.
