Senior Architect | High-End Residential | Midtown Manhattan | $120,000 - $150,000

Location: New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan, on-site with 1 day remote after 90 days)
Type: Full time, permanent Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Most architects say they want to see their details built. In this studio you actually do. Custom single-family homes, real budgets, clients who care about the window detail as much as the floor plan, and a construction administration phase that doesn t get value-engineered into something you don t recognize.

The studio is a well-established Midtown practice working on high-end private residences across the Northeast and beyond. Small enough that you own your projects. Established enough that the work is consistent and the clients come back.

• Leading residential projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Running the consultant team and acting as a direct point of contact for the client
• Staying hands-on in the Revit model. This is a leadership seat, not a review seat
• Producing and overseeing full construction document sets: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, building sections, wall sections, window and door details
• Mentoring intermediate and junior staff and setting the technical standard for the team

• 10-15 years in architecture, with strong high-end single-family residential experience
• Advanced Revit. The office runs on it and there s no capacity to train from scratch
• Professional degree in architecture. Licensed, or well into your AREs
• A portfolio that shows technical drawings, not only renderings and finished photography

Lumion, Rhino, landmarks or historic district experience.
