- Registered Architect (RA) credential is preferred, or active pursuit of architectural licensure.
- Experience with large-scale technology or data center developments is highly desirable, but other industrial, manufacturing and/or hospital projects will suffice.
- Construction administration experience, including site visits, field observations, and review of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Experience working with global technology clients and complex, high-tech project requirements.
- Leadership and mentoring experience within architectural or project teams.
- Background in architectural design for advanced manufacturing, laboratory, and mission critical environments.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, design-focused setting with high expectations for technical quality and delivery.
Work Environment
This role is fully work-from-home, offering a remote environment where you collaborate with a smaller, design-focused architecture firm on data center and high-tech facility projects. You will work primarily within Revit and other standard design and documentation tools, engaging with multidisciplinary teams and clients through virtual meetings and digital collaboration platforms.
