- Lead project development from schematic design through construction administration.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage project documentation.
- Ensure projects meet client goals, budget requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Perform code research and technical problem-solving throughout project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.
- Utilize Revit and other design technologies to support project execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5-15 years of professional architectural experience.
- Licensed Architect preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
- Experience serving as a Project Architect or technical lead on complex building projects.
- Justice, civic, public safety, detention, courthouse, correctional, or government project experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation production.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction processes.
