We specialize in Historic Rehabilitation tax credit projects, but also do higher education, commercial and high end residential projects, as we see fit or are excited about them!
We are looking for an architect and project manager that can collaborate with our team to design and produce high quality design and construction documents in Revit.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team and conduct client meetings
- Produce Construction Documents
- Assist in visualizations and client presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years related experience
- License not required but encouraged
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
