CEPM is an international landscape architecture practice with offices in the United States and abroad. We are looking for a talented and technically skilled Landscape Designer to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina.
This position is ideal for a designer who combines strong landscape design and plant knowledge with excellent technical production skills and advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Produce accurate landscape plans, sections, details and construction documentation using Revit
- Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models
- Support projects through design development and technical documentation
Contribute to planting design, plant palettes and species selection - Coordinate with architects, engineers and other project consultants
- Maintain high graphic and technical standards throughout project delivery
- Work collaboratively with CEPM teams in the United States and internationally
- 2–3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or landscape design
- Advanced proficiency in Revit – mandatory
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and documentation
- Strong knowledge of plants, planting design and species selection
- Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within an international and multidisciplinary team
- Professional fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- French language skills are a strong plus
- Experience working within multidisciplinary architecture / engineering teams

This is a hybrid position, combining remote work with regular presence at our Charleston office.
EmploymentFull-time position.
Initial 12-month engagement, with strong potential for extension and a longer-term opportunity within CEPM.
