Location: Northern
Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco. The company is investing heavily in an Agents product suite that builds AI agents using first-party data and machine learning, and this design role focuses on 0-1 product work and rapid experimentation in that area. The design team is remote-first and spans coast to coast in North America.
Whatyou'll do
- Create and iterate on tools for marketing teams using the Agents product suite
- Build new products in uncharted territory (0-1 innovation)
- Demonstrate thinking through rapid designs and prototypes rather than long presentations
- Conduct product strategy by connecting directly with customers via research, synthesizing usage data and feedback, and influencing product direction and prioritization
- Collaborate live with other designers, engineers, and product managers to define product details
- Learn quickly and iterate as part of high-growth, fast-moving work
- 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces (bonus: B2B data or marketing products)
- Curiosity about AI and active tinkering with new technologies
- Strong visual, UI, and interaction skills; able to take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution
- Team player mentality: kind, humble, and assumes good intentions
- Figma proficiency required
- Bonus: comfortable in Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on what is learned
