- Develop and explore innovative architectural concepts and design strategies.
- Create high-quality concept designs, sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams remotely to refine design ideas and gather feedback.
- Research design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies to inform conceptual development.
- Prepare compelling visual presentations for design reviews and client pitches.
- Ensure concepts align with project objectives, budget, and regulatory considerations.
- Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on conceptualization and design development.
- Exceptional skills in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Rhino , 3ds Max, Sketch Up, and V-Ray.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design thinking and high-quality visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and graphic design.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
