We are currently seeking an Architect. Applicants must have worked in the field of Architecture for a minimum of 8 years (from completion of degree) and preferably have been licensed.

What you’ll need to be successful?
  • Degree in architecture:

    B.Arch., M.Arch., or similar.
  • Communication skills that enhance client relationships and collaboration with team members
  • Willingness to embrace sustainable design practices, and holistic design approaches.
  • Desire for continued professional growth and willingness to provide mentorship to younger staff.
  • Ability to work in multiple project roles depending on the team structure, ranging from project management to production of working drawings, specification writing, technical narrative writing, graphics and marketing assistance
The appropriate level of knowledge, experience, and skills related to position applying for in these areas:
  • Creativity that produces thoughtful design solutions for complex commercial projects. Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills.
  • Technical skills: construction documents, code review, construction administration and experience in Revit, Sketch‐up and AutoCAD.
  • Experience with rendering in Twinmotion (or similar) and working proficiency in Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite a plus.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Lead architectural work across all project phases, from early planning and schematic design through construction administration.
  • Develop design concepts and technical documentation, including working drawings, specifications, code review, and technical narratives.
  • Collaborate with clients, firm leadership, and project teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for complex commercial projects.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to broader project support needs such as graphics, presentations, and marketing assistance.
