Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $94,000.00 Annually
Seeking a Project Coordinator II-B - Exempt, Full-Time Position in our Sacramento office.AC Martin, Inc. is an innovative, award-winning architecture and interior design firm with offices in Los, Angeles, Sacramento, the Bay Area, and San Diego. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participates in conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project.
- Coordinates with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
- Must produce work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
- Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation.
- Depending on project size, work directly with project architect/senior project coordinator and project team.
- May be asked to lead projects independently with oversight from project architect.
- A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
- Must have five or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture.
- Additional industry certifications preferred (i.e., LEED, DBIA, CDT, etc.).
- Exhibits intermediate understanding of state building, local city, and zoning codes.
- May oversee Project Coordinator Is and interns.
- Must have a “can-do” attitude, be a team player, and exhibit excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
- Must be a fast learner, highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Must exhibit strong Revit modeling skills.
