Architect - Parking Structures (Remote, East Coast)

We're seeking a Licensed Architect (RA) with 10+ years of parking structure design experience to help lead and grow our Parking Structures practice.

In this role, you'll manage projects from concept through construction, coordinate drawing production, maintain client relationships, support business development efforts, and travel throughout the Eastern U.S. to meet with clients and project teams.

Qualifications:

• Registered Architect (RA)
• 10+ years of parking garage/parking structure experience
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Experience with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field observations)
• Proven client-facing and business development abilities
• Ability to travel and develop opportunities across the East Coast
