About The Company

Utopia is an ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand creating a global ecosystem of properties and experiences. We develop private villa retreats in beautiful locations around the world, each with high-end service.
Utopia also offers a wider ecosystem of leisure experiences and services available both to those staying on property and to external visitors.
Utopia designs and builds its properties in-house. Our projects span the full journey: from concept and architecture to construction, interiors, landscape, guest experience, and long-term operation. For architects and designers, this means contributing on properties from the ground up, with the ability to influence how each place is planned, built, and experienced. For hospitality professionals, it means collaborating with a brand where service is personal, attentive, and built around each guest’s stay.

We’re a young, ambitious team with high standards and a hands‑on approach. We value strong ideas, practical thinking, attention to detail, and people who are ready to take ownership of their part of each project. If you’re interested in architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we invite you to explore opportunities with Utopia

About The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross-discipline coordination across our luxury hospitality and residential projects. You'll bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams — catching conflicts early, enforcing BIM standards, and keeping every project on schedule and buildable. Portfolio is a must for our selection process — please share your portfolio via an accessible link.

We'd love to see examples of your high‑end architectural and technical work, including BIM models, coordinated drawings, and other technical documentation from projects you've contributed to.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain high‑quality Revit models across architectural projects.
  • Implement and enforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650.
  • Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
  • Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated.
  • Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries.
  • Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards.
  • Translate high‑end design intent into coordinated, construction‑ready BIM deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, including low‑rise residential/hospitality projects.
  • Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability.
  • Professional English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
  • Experience on ultra‑luxury or bespoke architectural projects.
  • Exposure to international project standards.
  • Dynamo or computational design knowledge.
  • Experience with parametric family creation.
  • Understanding of sustainability frameworks.
What We Offer
  • Remote collaboration. This opportunity is fully remote — collaborate GMT-1 to GMT+3 — giving you the flexibility to structure your day around deep, focused contributions.
  • All tools are covered. We use Revit, Navisworks, and G‑Suite — every license and tool you need for coordination is provided and kept up to date.
  • Global project exposure. Contribute to luxury hospitality projects across Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
  • A truly international team. Collaborate across cultures, disciplines, and time zones with people bringing diverse perspectives and expertise.
  • High ownership environment. We value initiative, independent thinking, and people who are ready to take on meaningful contributions.
  • From concept to realization. Contribute across the full architectural journey — from early design intent to construction‑ready coordination.
  • High design standards. Join a team deeply focused on detail, materiality, and timeless hospitality design.
