About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their established practice in George . This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining focused work at the office with the flexibility of remote work. You will lead design projects from inception through to completion, overseeing junior staff and ensuring the highest standards of design and technical execution. You will be a key player in client meetings and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence and innovation in the Western Cape region.

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from concept to construction administration.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct client consultations, interpret project requirements, and present design proposals.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and approve construction documents and site observations.

• Professional registration with SACAP as a Professional Architect . Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit and other relevant architectural design and documentation software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and contract administration.
