The Architectural Project Manager is a full-time, in office or hybrid role based in Denton, TX, with flexibility for work-from-home days. This role oversees architectural projects from concept through construction, coordinating internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure scope, schedule, and budget goals are met. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, leading design and documentation efforts, reviewing construction drawings, and preparing and tracking submittals.

The Architectural Project Manager will facilitate client meetings, maintain clear communication among stakeholders, and support quality control throughout the design and construction process. The role also involves monitoring project compliance with relevant codes, standards, and sustainability objectives, while mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement in firm processes.

• Candidates should possess strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess expertise in architecture and construction drawings, with the ability to lead design development and produce accurate, code-compliant documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience with submittals, including preparation, review, and tracking throughout the construction phase.
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and progress toward or completion of architectural licensure preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, DataCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a in office or hybrid office environment.
