This is a full-time, in-person position. Applicants must currently live in the Indianapolis area and have previous professional experience in construction project management AND landscape design/CAD. This is not an entry‑level position and is not available for remote work.

Arkenau Landscaping is looking for an experienced
Project Manager / Landscape Designer to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who can design a great project and understands what it takes to actually build it. Our projects range from smaller residential improvements to comprehensive outdoor living projects of $200K+.
What You’ll Do- Design residential landscape and outdoor living projects
- Produce professional plans using CAD
- Meet with clients and present your designs
- Help develop estimates, proposals, and change orders
- Visit jobsites and help solve problems as projects are built
- Manage smaller projects from design through completion
- Communicate with clients, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage multiple projects at different stages
- Professional landscape design and field experience
- Ability to design and document projects up to $200K+
- Understanding of landscape construction, materials, and constructability
- Experience working directly with clients
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of a project and follow it through
