Full-time / Long-term Contract

• Develop innovative product concepts, sketches, and design proposals for maternal and baby products.
• Create 3D CAD models, prototypes, and high-quality product renderings.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, CMF Designers, and Manufacturing teams throughout the product development process.
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful product designs.
• Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and design validation activities.
• Participate in design reviews and provide creative solutions to product challenges.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost optimization.
• Stay informed about trends in consumer products, baby products, home appliances, and lifestyle design.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Industrial Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the complete design process from concept through production.
• Experience designing consumer products, baby products, home products, small appliances, or related categories.
• Proficiency in CAD and visualization tools such as Solid Works, Rhino, Fusion 360, Key Shot, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, tooling, and product development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
