M & M Home Contractors Inc is looking for a talented and driven Design Assistanat / Project Coordinator to join our team in Cologne, MN! In this exciting dual role, you'll bring creative design visions to life while keeping projects running smoothly from concept to completion. • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design standards are met
• Manage project documentation, purchase orders, and change orders
• File for all required permits

• Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in interior design and/or project coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
