Bernardo Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a full-time remote Lead Drafter to manage the drawing production function. You will plan, assign, and review work for a nationwide remote drafting team, set production standards, and stay hands-on in Revit on complex packages.
The role oversees CAD/BIM standards, coordinates with design leads and project managers, and maintains quality for client documents issued by prime A/E firms. Occasional travel may be required for project coordination or meetings.
