Structural Designer -Phoenix AZ-Hybrid

We are seeking a Structural Designer to support the design of advanced industrial and semiconductor facilities. You’ll develop 2D/3D structural models and construction-ready documentation while coordinating with engineers and other disciplines. This role also offers the opportunity to lead small design teams and take ownership of project deliverables

Location:
Tempe, AZ – Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $40–$43/hour ($80k annually DOE) + benefits

Equipment: Laptop provided for hybrid work

• Develop detailed 3D structural models and complete structural plans/details.
• Translate engineering concepts into accurate, construction-ready documentation.
• Coordinate designs with engineering and other disciplines.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Lead small design packages, assign tasks, monitor progress, and support team members.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and problem-solving.
• Embrace design automation and emerging technologies.

• Associate degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of structural drafting/design experience.
• 3+ years of Revit experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Hybrid Requirement: Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Phoenix office at least 2 days per week and have reliable internet for remote work.
