Project Design Coordinator

Scott AG is a well-established design-build environmental graphics and architectural signage firm headquartered in Santa Rosa, California. Through a collaborative studio approach, our designers, project professionals, and fabricators work side-by-side to create custom branding, identity programs, experiential environments, and way finding systems for clients around the world.

We are seeking a proactive, self-directed Project Design Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting the successful delivery of innovative design-build projects. This role supports Scott AG's partners, project managers, and design and contract administration teams by coordinating and administering multiple concurrent projects to ensure schedules, documentation, compliance requirements, and project deliverables remain on track.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree required;
  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field preferred.
• Four (4) or more years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in construction administration, architectural administration, project management, project engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with document control, project coordination, compliance, and construction documentation processes.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat (Required)
• Sage Contractor, Teamwork or similar project management software, Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign (Preferred, but not required)
