3D Animator - Architectural Visualization

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative 3D Animator specializing in architectural visualization to join their innovative, fully remote team. You will be responsible for bringing architectural designs to life through compelling 3D animations and visualizations, creating immersive experiences for clients and stakeholders. This role demands a strong understanding of architectural principles, exceptional 3D modeling and animation skills, and the ability to work independently on complex projects from concept to completion.

• Create high-quality 3D models of buildings, interiors, and surrounding environments based on architectural plans and specifications.
• Animate architectural walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and detailed feature animations that showcase design intent and spatial qualities.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to create photorealistic renders and animations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations that meet their vision.
• Optimize 3D scenes and animation sequences for performance and render efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of project assets.

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator or Visualization Artist, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural visualization.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Corona Renderer).
• Experience with animation software and techniques for creating dynamic architectural walkthroughs and fly-throughs.
• A strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial relationships, and aesthetics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a self-directed, remote environment.
