D2B is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our offshore team and produce consent-ready drawing sets under the guidance of a NZ-based Senior Architect. This role requires deep knowledge of New Zealand documentation standards and a proven NZ market track record.
It is not entry level, and offshore delivery with NZ/Australian practice is essential. You will lead Revit modelling, coordinate with NZ-based architects, and ensure compliance with NZBC while collaborating across time zones
