Team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas, and grow professionally in a supportive studio environment.

Role Description The Senior Project Architect is a full-time, hybrid role based in Santa Barbara, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Senior Project Architect will manage project schedules and workflows, oversee consultant coordination, and guide junior team members in design development and technical detailing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and reviewing BIM models and drawings, participating in client and stakeholder meetings, and supporting sustainable design strategies, including LEED-related initiatives.
