A healthcare consulting firm is seeking an experienced Medical Director to support Utilization Management operations. This fully remote role requires residence in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Responsibilities include conducting medical necessity reviews, peer-to-peer consultations, and applying Inter Qual and CMS guidelines. The ideal candidate has an MD or DO with an active Pennsylvania medical license and at least 2 years of Utilization Management experience.

Compensation ranges from $130 to $145 per hour.
