Physician - Collaborating - Part time

The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in-home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients designated by Harmony Cares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will:

• Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
• Regularly perform annual chart reviews
• Consult with APN to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality standards
• Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers

• Board certified required
• Residency completion required
• 1 year experience in Healthcare management
• Experience with Risk Adjustment
• Must reside in South Carolina

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
