Optum is hiring a Behavioral Medical Director to provide oversight and direction of the utilization management program and perform peer reviews as necessary for New Jersey.

• MD or DO degree, board certification in Psychiatry
• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Active, unrestricted medical license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Familiarity with Substance Use Disorders

The salary range is $258,000–$423,000, which includes base pay and bonus and is influenced by several factors. Eligibility for benefits varies by role and tenure.
