Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. If you're eager to practice where collaboration meets compassion and every patient story matters, we want to hear from you!

• Excellent earning potential with a guaranteed salary of $250,000-$280,000 for the first two years

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• DEA Certification
