Align Radiology is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our physician‑led imaging practice in a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) role.
This position offers a flexible, cloud‑based workflow that allows radiologists to work at their own pace throughout the day with NO FIXED HOURS while delivering high quality neuroradiology interpretations in an outpatient‑focused environment.
ResponsibilitiesInterpretation of a comprehensive range of neuroradiology MRI and CT studies
, including brain, spine, head and neck, and neurovascular imagingGeneration of accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports
Independent remote reading using cloud-based RIS, PACS, and voice recognition systems with AI integration.
Participation in a quality-focused, physician‑driven imaging practice

- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neuroradiology fellowship (required)
- A board certified or board eligible
- Demonstrated comfort interpreting all types of neuro MRI and CT examinations
- Ability to work independently in a remote reading environment
- Active Maryland state license (or ability to obtain licensure, if required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic accuracy
